What is Chatman

Chatman is a tool for managing WhatsApp Business CRM, developed by Makerobos Innovation Labs. It offers a “Conversation Cloud Platform” alongside WhatsApp Business, enabling our Customers to manage, analyze, store, and exchange messages between their business systems and their customers across various messaging channels provided by Makerobos and other third parties (the “Service”).

Makerobos prioritizes the protection of Personal Data, including data we utilize for our own objectives and data we manage on behalf of our Clients.

Collection and Use of Personal Data

For the purposes listed below, Makerobos gathers information, including Personal Data:

Cloud API

Makerobos utilizes Cloud API to transmit messages, which temporarily stores messages before forwarding them to the WhatsApp platform. Messages are retained as needed and then automatically deleted after 30 days.

In providing the Service, Makerobos may receive, access, analyze, process, and maintain Personal Data on behalf of our Customers.

Our Customers specify the types of Personal Data to be collected and used within the Service, its usage and disclosure, and its storage duration. For inquiries regarding how your Personal Data is utilized by our Customers, please contact them directly.

Service Data is information processed on our Customers' behalf while providing the Service. Our privacy practices related to Service Data are specified in the Makerobos Service Data Privacy Statement, which outlines the collection, use, and storage of personal data through our website and services. If you request deletion of your account data, email us at support@makerobos.com. Upon termination, all your data is permanently removed from our database unless stated otherwise.

Account Information, collected during registration or authentication into our Service, is used for billing, support, and communication facilitation. The privacy practices for Account Information are detailed throughout this Privacy Policy.

2. In-App Request: If applicable, you can navigate to the Account Settings section of the app and use the "Delete account" feature.
